In our recent interview, Dr Abdulfattah Abusrour, Director of the Alrowwed Centre, Aida Refugee Camp in Bethlehem, eloquently describes his philosophy that culture is ‘beautiful resistance’, giving hope to young people:
“I believe every act of resistance against injustice, oppression, occupation is a beautiful act of humanity and give our children and young people the possibilities to express themselves in the most beautiful, creative and hopefully non-armed ways”.
